January 12, 2017 - The year has just begun but Utopia officials are confident that a new crime record will be set in the city this year. "2016 was great but we try to outdo ourselves every year [nervous chuckling]" said Police Commissioner Hayes.

The number of reported property crimes is 20% higher than it was this time last year and victims include the city's own mayor, who just last week was robbed at knifepoint. "I get mugged just like everyone else in this city. It just goes to show how relatable I am"  proclaimed Mayor Campbell.

To combat the increasingly negative perception of Utopia, public officials have released a tourism video to help bring more visitors to the city. In regard to the video, city spokesperson Mary Hill had the following to say: "We obviously want people to see the good in Utopia but due to legal concerns we had to be honest." View the video below.
